- Record Keeping and CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Project Support: Monitor project teams to ensure support on client integration and contract completion, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality results.
- Market Research and Analysis: Gather useful information from customers and competitor data to inform business decisions and drive growth.
- Presentation and Communication: Make and give presentations to prospective clients as well as internal executives, communicating in a manner consistent with the company vision and objectives.
- Strategic Partnerships: Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow the business, working closely with the Chief Business Development Officer.
- Commercial Process Management: Drive qualified operators to contract phase, prepare information, and submit contract requests, ensuring a smooth commercial process.
- Commercial Sales Experience: 2+ years of experience in commercial sales or an equivalent position, with a proven track record of success.
- iGaming Industry Experience: Experience in a Business Development department in the iGaming industry is desirable, but not required.
- Business-to-Business Skills: Demonstrated ability in Business-to-Business commercial activities, with a strong understanding of the iGaming industry.
- Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Impeccable verbal and written communication and outstanding people skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
- CRM and Reporting Skills: Familiarity with CRM and reporting methodologies, with the ability to analyze data and provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Independence and Teamwork: Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- Time Management and Organization: Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Data Analysis and Performance Metrics: Working knowledge of data analysis and performance over operational metrics, with the ability to provide insights to inform business decisions.
- Business Software and Tools: Familiarity with MS Office and various business software, with the ability to learn new tools and systems quickly.
- Travel and Communication: Ability to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients, with fluent English language skills, both verbally and written.
