We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead the finance department of a rapidly growing brand community platform in Malaga, Spain. This innovative company aims to launch and scale high-value brands in a global market, leveraging its 100,000+ active members and unique approach to international, creative, and personalized growth for business solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the company's financial activities, including business planning, budgeting, negotiations, forecasting, investor and partnership relations, and compliance. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Advising the CEO on long-term business and financial planning, as well as investment and fundraising strategies
  • Managing risk, cash, and liquidity to ensure the company's financial stability
  • Monitoring compliance with financial, HR, and IT regulations
  • Ensuring a smooth cash flow for the company's operations
  • Leading the finance team and driving strategic decision-making

The successful candidate will possess a strong educational background in finance, accounting, or economics, with a minimum of 10 years of experience in finance, preferably as a CFO or in a related role. They will also have in-depth knowledge of corporate financial law, risk management, and trade law, as well as proficiency in data analysis and forecasting methodologies. Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with a high level of English proficiency. A Master's Degree or MBA is a plus, and CPA certification is highly valued.
