We are seeking a seasoned Chief Financial Officer to lead the Finance Department of our client, a pioneering brand community platform in Malaga, Spain. This innovative company aims to launch and scale high-value brands globally, leveraging its 100,000+ active members and unique approach to international, creative, and personalized growth for business solutions.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive financial strategies, including business planning, budgeting, negotiations, and forecasting.
  • Advising the CEO on long-term business and financial planning, as well as investment and fundraising actions.
  • Managing risk, cash, and liquidity, ensuring compliance with laws and regulations for the Financial, HR, and IT departments.
  • Overseeing the Finance Team and ensuring a correct cash flow for the company's operations.

The successful candidate will possess:

  • A University Degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (Master's Degree/MBA is a plus).
  • 10+ years of experience in finance, with a proven track record as a CFO or related role.
  • Deep knowledge of Corporate Financial Law and Risk Management.
  • Experience in Data Analysis and Forecasting Methodologies.
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office and Financial Management software.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent English level.
  • CPA is a great plus.
