Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Chief Sales Officer to join our team at Sal-Tech Embalaje Sl. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and leading a high-performing sales team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and Execute Sales Strategies
    • Build long-term relationships with employees, clients, government officials, and stakeholders
    • Create a standardized outreach for current and future customers and coordinate its implementation across construction channels and customer management
    • Spot market opportunities for new customers
  • Lead the Sales Team
    • Forecast hiring needs for the Sales departments and manage sales budget and expenditures
    • Work with management and departments to align sales, marketing, operations, and finance strategies to create profitable growth
    • Identify key areas for improvement in the sales process
  • Drive Sales Growth
    • Develop quotas, budgets, short-term, and long-range goals in support of business objectives
    • Attend key meetings with members of the sales team
    • Establish both short-term results and long-term strategy, including revenue forecasting
  • Provide Leadership and Guidance
    • Provide mentoring, coaching, development, and counseling as needed to sales team
    • Monthly reporting on sales performance against budget and reporting on variances

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Advertising, Finance, or any business-related courses
  • 5-10 years of experience in Sales and Marketing as a Manager (high-level sales position in a large corporation)
  • History of leading a team with rapidly growing results
  • High knowledge and use of MS Office and Google Docs
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and fluency in the English language (other EU language fluency is a bonus)
  • Proven track record of achieving targets and driving sales growth in a business
  • Strong leadership skills and an ability to inspire sales teams
  • Deep understanding of consumers and what motivates them
  • Experience with online marketing and lead generation
  • Has time management skills, Self-motivated and self-directed
  • Able to work with diverse team members
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strict adherence to company policies and philosophy
