Job Summary

Zoco Home is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to join our team. As an Administrative Officer, you will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks, including accounting, invoicing, and document filing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accounting and Financial Management
    • Record and reconcile transactions, including expense and income invoices, amortizations, and payroll.
    • Monitor and track incoming and outgoing payments.
    • Prepare and submit Intrastat documents.
    • Manage journal entries and maintain accurate account balances.
  • Administrative Support
    • Issue and process invoices and payments timely and accurately.
    • Close cash registers daily and control office cash flow.
    • Maintain an organized filing system for paper and digital documents.
    • Request and manage invoices from suppliers, ensuring timely payments.
  • General Administrative Duties
    • Perform general administrative duties to facilitate smooth office operations.
    • Order and manage office supplies to ensure stock availability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Good English and Spanish language skills.
  • Proven experience in accounting and administrative roles.
  • Proficiency in accounting software (preferably Odoo) and Excel.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Spanish.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
