- Negotiate terms and close sales deals to achieve revenue goals, working closely with our Chief Business Development Officer.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' activities, providing valuable insights to our management team.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Monitor project teams to ensure support on client integration and contract completion, ensuring seamless execution of sales strategies.
- Gather useful information from customers and competitor data, analyzing market trends and competitor activity.
- Develop and manage strategic partnerships to grow our business, working closely with our CBDO to identify new opportunities.
- Drive qualified operators to contract phase, preparing information and submitting contract requests in a timely manner.
- 2+ years of experience in commercial Sales or equivalent position, preferably in the iGaming industry.
- Demonstrated ability in Business-to-Business commercial activities, with a strong track record of sales success.
- Impeccable verbal and written communication skills, with outstanding people skills and the ability to build strong relationships.
- Familiarity with CRM and reporting methodologies, with the ability to analyze data and drive business decisions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a self-motivated and results-driven approach.
- Excellent time management and organisational skills, with a working knowledge of data analysis and performance metrics.
- Familiarity with MS Office and various business software, with the ability to travel for meetings with prospective and existing clients.
- Fluent in English, both verbally and written.
