We are seeking an experienced and motivated Client Advisor to join our team at Diesel Iberia Store in Madrid Fuencarral.



As a Client Advisor, you will be the face of our brand, providing an exceptional in-store experience for our customers. You will be responsible for building strong relationships with our clients, understanding their needs and desires, and creating a personalized shopping experience that meets their expectations.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Act as the client's advocate, ensuring their needs are met and their experience is exceptional.
  • Welcome and assist each client, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Develop a deep understanding of our clients' desires, needs, and expectations, and use this knowledge to create a personalized shopping experience.
  • Be a master at storytelling, using your passion for style and fashion to engage and inspire our clients.
  • Deal effectively with customer complaints, escalating issues to the line manager when necessary.
  • Demonstrate active leadership on the selling floor, driving individual and team objectives and being accountable for sales results.
  • Be proactive in cross-selling with all departments, maximizing sales opportunities to achieve individual sales targets and KPIs.
  • Prove brand and product knowledge, ensuring you are up-to-date with the latest fashion trends and competitors.
  • Manage payment operations, including returns, refunds, remote sales, and tax-free transactions, in a punctual and accurate manner.
  • Ensure the shop floor and visual display are maintained to the highest standard, complying with company operational guidelines and stock procedures.
  • Contribute to maintaining a high level of security, being attentive to prevent product thefts and ensuring garments and merchandise are properly tagged.
  • Think innovatively about how we can improve and generate new ways to engage with our clients, staying up-to-date with new fashion trends and competitors.
  • Develop and nurture meaningful and loyal client relationships through personal connections and CRM initiatives.
  • Manage and drive sales by understanding client desires and creating a hand-crafted experience to achieve the best sales performance.


Key Requirements:


  • Prior experience in sales roles, preferably in luxury fashion or retail companies.
  • Passion for retail, customer service, and a commercial mindset.
  • Excellent knowledge of the luxury sector and product sensibilities.
  • Strong communication skills, with fluency in English and Spanish, and knowledge of a third language a plus.
  • Strong competencies in decision-making, strategic thinking, financial acumen, innovation, focus on customer, and execution.
