We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to join our team at MANO.
About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and results-driven professional to lead our CRM efforts and drive business growth through effective customer engagement strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Implement CRM Strategies: Design, implement, and manage CRM systems to enhance customer relationships, improve sales funnels, and increase revenue.
- Market Analysis and Planning: Conduct market research, analyze trends, and identify new opportunities to drive business growth.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure multi-channel marketing campaigns to reach prospective customers and retain existing ones.
- Software Selection and Integration: Evaluate and recommend CRM software that meets our company's needs, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.
- Proven Marketing Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in a marketing-related role, with a solid background in customer acquisition or life cycle strategies.
- Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of CRM and analytical systems, as well as online marketing methods and best practices.
- Communication and Analytical Skills: Excellent communication skills, a customer-oriented attitude, and strong analytical skills to drive data-driven decision-making.
In return for your expertise and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - 100,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits and opportunities for career growth and development.
