Business Development Representative for B2B Enterprise Sales

We're on a mission to revolutionize the SaaS market, and we're looking for a Business Development Representative to join our B2B Business Development team in Spain.
As a key player in our growth strategy, you'll be responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies for enterprise accounts, identifying and qualifying prospect needs, and building relationships with decision-makers.
We're seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual with a strong passion for sales and a native fluency in Spanish. If you're a quick learner, a team player, and a go-getter, we want to hear from you
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outreach strategies for enterprise accounts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales tactics
- Search, identify, and qualify prospect needs and interests, and build relationships with decision-makers in different industries
- Organize meetings and ensure the sales cycle runs smoothly
- Share key information with customers through our CRM to ensure efficient lead management
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and account-based marketing strategies
Requirements:
- Native fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken
- Fluency in English
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- Understanding of the digital ecosystem
- Previous experience with cold calling
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Curious, quick learner, and able to adapt easily to any type of situation and background
- Master of CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
