About the RoleWe are seeking a talented Business Development Representative to join our B2B Business Development team in Italy. This role will play a critical part in driving the growth of Skeepers in the Italian market.
The successful candidate will report directly to our Head of BDR and will be responsible for developing and executing outreach strategies for enterprise accounts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute outreach strategies for enterprise accounts, including cold calling, email campaigns, and other sales tactics
- Search, identify, and qualify prospect needs and interests and build relationships with decision-makers in different industries
- Organize meetings and ensure that the sales cycle runs smoothly
- Share key information with customers through our CRM to ensure efficient lead management
- Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute targeted campaigns and account-based marketing strategies
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Fluency in Italian, both written and spoken
- A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in B2B sales, business development in a SaaS company
- Previous experience with cold calling
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Curious, a quick learner, and able to adapt easily to any type of situation and background
- Mastery of CRM tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar
