About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team in Barcelona. As the first point of contact with our inbound leads, you will play a critical role in implementing and iterating a scalable sales strategy to attract, qualify, and acquire new customers in the Spanish market.

You will need to possess excellent communication skills, be comfortable maintaining insightful conversations over phone or email, and have prior experience in Sales Development or Customer Success.

Responsibilities
  • Qualify potential customers to maintain a funnel of active leads (inbound)
  • Articulate our value proposition, address objections, and build trust through phone and email interactions
  • Record relevant prospect information to keep our CRM database clean and updated
  • Broaden and develop relationships with prospects across multiple accounts using our CRM and other sales development tools effectively
Requirements
  • Prior experience in Sales Development or Customer Success within a tech/SaaS environment
  • Ability to spend a significant amount of time engaging in insightful conversations over phone/email and following up on open opportunities
  • Comfortable with CRM and web-based demo software
  • Strong interpersonal skills, charisma, ambition, and a willingness to learn and adapt
