Job Title: Senior Business Development Representative

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Business Development Representative to join our team and play a key role in our international growth. This position focuses on helping us expand business opportunities into the Spanish and surrounding European market.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, prospect, and build relationships with potential clients within the Spanish market.
  • Travel to surrounding territory, seeking out retail stores and similar re-sellers of consumer products.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market presence.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients to showcase our offerings.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure clients receive optimal solutions tailored to their needs.
  • Manage and track sales activities using CRM tools, ensuring detailed reporting and forecasting.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitors to inform strategies.
  • Attend industry events and trade shows to represent our company and network with key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field, OR equivalent practical, professional experience.
  • Proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in the wholesale consumer goods sector.
  • Familiarity with wholesale sales process and dealing with retail store buyers.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both in English and Spanish.
  • Strong understanding of the Spanish business landscape and market dynamics.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-driven with a proactive approach to challenges.
  • Experience using CRM software to manage sales processes and data.
