Sales Development Representative for Spanish Market

Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative to join our team at Buscoresi. As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and tracking the entire sales cycle between us and students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and evaluate the needs of every lead, and provide dedicated support to lead them to their ideal housing options.
- Omnichannel communication: attend national and international users via phone, email, or chat.
- Give end-to-end operational and technical support to every booking, from the first inbound call to the day of check-in.
- Always look for demanded destinations to increase our presence.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience dealing with sales cycles and managing sales-related daily operations.
- Advanced Spanish and English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Superb time management and organizational skills.
- Business sense and an analytical profile.
