At Buscoresi, we're looking for a Sales Development Representative - Spanish Market to help us become the industry standard for student housing in Europe.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and track the entire sales cycle between us and students.
  • Understand and evaluate the needs for every lead, and provide dedicated support that leads them to their ideal housing options.
  • Attend to national and international users via phone, email, or chat.
  • Provide end-to-end operational and technical support to every booking: from the first inbound call until the day of check-in.
  • Always looking for demanded destinations in which to increase our presence.
  • Find new opportunities in emerging markets.
  • Continuous assessment, analysis, and thorough reporting on the performance of your department, with detailed results and creative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
  • Previous experience dealing with sales cycles and managing sales-related daily operations.
  • Advanced Spanish and English proficiency (written and spoken).
  • Superb time-management and organizational skills.
  • Business sense and an analytical profile.
  • You are always one step ahead of the market.
  • To be a tech-savvy person with strong IT skills.
  • Experience with CRM software and Excel is a must.
  • Creative self-starter and autonomous personality that can work effectively towards solutions and results.
  • Ambition and a high level of energy, but you are also a good team player.

The hiring process will take at most 3 weeks from the moment you apply. We will be fully transparent throughout the process, and we will keep you informed at every step (no ghosting). An online interview (30 min) with the founding team to know you better and find culture fit. An in-person interview (60 min), where we will assess and test your skills and present you a real-life work challenge to solve. If we decide to move on with you, we will call you to tell you the offer and we will arrange one last meeting to sort out the details.
