Sales Development Representative Role Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Development Representative to join our team in growing the Spanish market. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for increasing outbound activities to schedule meetings with potential clients. Your duties will include market research, developing regional prospecting strategies, and identifying new business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Have detailed knowledge of Preply Enterprise offerings
  • Identify pain points and understand the needs of potential clients based on ICP criteria
  • Reach out to prospects through various channels to schedule meetings for Account Executives
  • Work closely with Account Executives in prospecting and strategizing big accounts
  • Support the Sales team to attain quarterly revenue goals by scheduling meetings with outbound leads

Qualifying New Leads:

  • This is your number one task
  • You will use our own sales qualification framework and learn MEDDIC methodology to ensure leads meet the required criteria

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in cold calling, email personalization, and being multi-threaded across different channels
  • Demonstration of strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage effectively with various levels of management at prospective accounts
  • Empathy, curiosity, attention to detail, business mindset, and friendliness
  • Good self-organization and time management skills
  • Motivation to develop your skills and grow your career

Estimated Salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
