Sales Development Representative

At Buscoresi, we're looking for a dynamic Sales Development Representative to help us become the industry standard for student housing in Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute and track the entire sales cycle between us and students.
Understand and evaluate the needs for every lead, and provide dedicated support that leads them to their ideal housing options.
Provide omnichannel communication: attend to national and international users via phone, email, or chat.
Give end-to-end operational and technical support to every booking: from the first inbound call until the day of check-in.
Continuously assess, analyze, and thoroughly report on the performance of your department, with detailed results and creative solutions.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken.
- Previous experience dealing with sales cycles and managing sales-related daily operations.
- Advanced Spanish and English proficiency (written and spoken).
- Superb time-management and organizational skills.
- Business sense and an analytical profile.
- You are always one step ahead of the market.
- Experience with CRM software and Excel is a must.
- Creative self-starter and autonomous personality that can work effectively towards solutions and results.
- Ambition and a high level of energy, but you are also a good team player.
