Job Description:

The role of the Customer Service Global Process Owner at Werfenlife SA involves overseeing the development and implementation of customer service processes that are tailored to meet the company's strategic objectives. This requires effective process management, including architecting and improving managed processes to ensure compliance with applicable regulations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a bachelor's degree in supply chain management, logistics, business administration, engineering or a related field. You should also have three to five years' experience in customer service and/or order management, as well as one to two years' prior supervisory/managerial experience.

The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to conduct a root cause analysis. They should also be able to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing, and have proficiency in relevant software such as Microsoft Office and order entry systems.

A salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per year is expected for this position, depending on location and qualifications.
