About the RoleThis is a unique opportunity to work in a hybrid environment where you will spend approximately 80% of your time collaborating with colleagues in person. As our Administrative Services Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office and supporting various teams and individuals.
Key Responsibilities- Front Desk: Greet visitors, answer the door, receive deliveries, and handle packages.
- Facility Management: Manage building maintenance, coordinate with service providers, and research new providers as needed.
- Office Supplies & Equipment: Keep our office well-stocked with essential supplies and manage office equipment.
- Health & Safety: Oversee our H&S plan, coordinate with our provider, and ensure all protocols are in place.
- General Organization & Office Atmosphere: Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming office space.
- Employee Support: Respond to employee requests, assist with everyday needs, and organize gifts for special occasions.
To be successful in this role, you should have:
- Previous experience in a similar role (1-2 years).
- Attention to detail, organizational skills, and accountability.
- Problem-solving skills, communication skills, and a passion for people.
- Time management skills and ability to balance tasks and adjust to shifting priorities.
We offer a competitive salary range of €30,000-40,000 per year, depending on experience and skills. Other benefits include equity, travel bonus, mental health support, 30 days of vacation time, hardware, learning budget, and private health insurance.
