Job Description
This exciting opportunity is designed for a highly organized and proactive individual to provide comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, particularly the Founder & CEO. Key responsibilities include:

  • Calendar & Schedule Management: Manage and maintain executives' calendars, ensuring seamless scheduling, travel coordination, and communication arrangements.
  • Communications & Correspondence: Serve as the primary liaison for internal and external communications on behalf of senior executives, handling emails, phone calls, and written correspondence.
  • Travel Arrangements: Arrange domestic and international travel, optimizing efficiency and cost-effectiveness while adhering to company policies.
  • Meeting & Event Coordination: Plan, organize, and facilitate meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and managing follow-ups. Coordinate special events and company functions, overseeing invitations, RSVPs, and event logistics.
  • Project & Task Management: Track project timelines, deadlines, and deliverables, providing timely reminders and ensuring task completion through consistent follow-up.
  • Document & File Management: Prepare reports, presentations, and other business documents, maintaining organized digital and physical records for easy access and retrieval.
  • Office & Administrative Management: Oversee office operations, managing supplies, coordinating facilities support, and ensuring an efficient work environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, with a strong proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office Suite, and project management tools (e.g., Asana, Notion).
