Role Overview

We are seeking a Life Sciences Quality Consultant to join our team in Europe. This is a remote position with opportunities available across the continent.

About the Role

The Services Engagement Manager (SEM) plays a critical role in setting customers up for success and representing the entire value proposition and effort behind a Veeva Quality Implementation. The SEM ensures successful customer engagements during the scoping and planning phase to establish the right strategy for implementation success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Utilizing Quality Life Sciences experience and Veeva product knowledge, structure the right implementation approach, set the right expectations, and identify the appropriate project charter, including staffing, timeframes, and associated costs.
  • Align closely with Sales and Services teams to provide implementation proposals and establish confidence with Customers in our ability to deliver.
  • Develop and deliver Proposals and Statements of Work for Quality implementations and consulting services.
  • Set Customer and internal stakeholder expectations correctly with a focus on long-term success.
  • Provide awareness and alignment with partner ecosystem Position Managed Services support, training, and other solutions that may be needed for a successful customer experience.
Requirements
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, executive-level presence, and experience in facilitation.
  • Ability to engage audiences of varying perception levels both remotely and in person.
  • Manage negotiations with a wide range of stakeholders, including executive level.
  • Collaborative and consultative work style.
  • 5+ years' experience delivering consulting services, including involvement in selling services.
  • Quality Life Science experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
Salary Range

The estimated annual salary for this role is €80,000 - €110,000 depending on experience.
