**Job Description:**
We're seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager to oversee the onboarding process for all SiteMinder labelled products and services, with a primary focus on customers based in the EMEA/AMERS market. As a Subject Matter Expert, you'll be responsible for training new hires on our technology, mentoring Onboarding Analysts, and ensuring customer satisfaction levels are consistently high.

**Responsibilities:**
• Oversee the onboarding process for internal and external customers
• Develop and implement processes to improve customer satisfaction and reduce attrition
• Train and mentor Onboarding Analysts on SiteMinder labelled products and services
• Monitor and analyse training sessions to ensure individual analysts meet KPIs
• Collaborate with the team to provide value-added information and advice to new customers

**Requirements:**
• Proven experience in customer-facing roles or onboarding management
• Strong understanding of technology and service delivery
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a hybrid team

**Benefits:**
We offer a competitive salary range €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and opportunities for professional growth and development.

**Location:**
Barcelona, Spain (hybrid model: 2 days/week in office, 3 days/week remote)
