We are seeking an experienced Onboarding Manager to join our team at Job Squad in Fuengirola, Spain. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to live in southern Europe and has excellent onboarding skills.
Fuengirola is a vibrant city on the Costa del Sol with beautiful sandy beaches and a rich cultural heritage. It's an ideal location for people from the Nordic region looking for sun, fun, and new experiences.

As an Onboarding Manager, you will be responsible for contacting customers, supporting the onboarding process, coordinating with account managers, and handling compliance. Your daily tasks will include:
- Ensuring a smooth transition for newcomers through the company's onboarding process
- Coordinating with various departments to provide necessary training and resources
- Taking care of paperwork and legal documentation and making sure they are completed correctly and on time
- Monitoring progress and addressing any questions or concerns during the onboarding phase
- Continuously improving the onboarding process based on feedback and best practices
We are looking for someone who speaks Danish at a native level and is fluent in English (B2). Experience in customer support and sales is an advantage. You should have good computer handling skills and strong communication and negotiation skills.
