Sastrify GmbH, a leading company in software management and procurement, seeks a highly skilled Marketplace Account Manager to join our team. Based in either Germany or Spain, this role offers an exciting opportunity to shape the future of SaaS management.

Your Role

As our Marketplace Account Manager, you'll advise prospects and customers on the best-fit SaaS and Cloud tools available via the Sastrify Marketplace. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading end-to-end pre-sales, onboarding, and renewal efforts
  • Building your sales pipeline, winning deals, and ensuring seamless onboarding
  • Defining strategies to achieve forecast targets, highlighting roadblocks, and reporting progress regularly

You'll work closely with other teams involved in the customer journey, including Sales, Customer Success, Procurement, and internal teams like Customer Ops and Finance, as well as external partners.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • 3+ years of proven experience in customer-facing roles, such as Sales, Business Development, or Customer Success in the SaaS industry
  • A university degree in Business Administration, Economics, IT, Engineering, or a related discipline
  • Persistence, creativity, and reliability in driving business opportunities and projects
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills in English

Bonus requirements include experience running end-to-end SaaS pre-sales, onboarding, and renewals.

Estimated Salary Range: €60,000 - €80,000 per annum

This salary range is based on industry standards, considering factors like location, experience, and qualifications. You'll have the opportunity to grow professionally and financially within our innovative company.
