About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at Blu Selection in Barcelona. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with our clients and partners, identifying new sales opportunities, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert assistance to clients and partners through consultative account management
- Develop and implement strategies to drive business growth and expansion
- Research and identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts
- Track and manage sales pipeline activity to ensure timely and effective follow-up
- Respond to client and partner inquiries and provide solutions to their needs
Requirements
- Native level of Dutch/Flemish and good level of English
- Previous experience in B2B sales and working with channel partners
- Achievement-oriented mindset with a focus on goal setting and achievement
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Energetic and proactive approach to sales and business development
What We Offer
- Full-time contract with 39 hours of work per week, Monday to Friday
- Competitive salary of 21,000€ gross per year, plus up to 3,000€ gross per year in bonus
