Job Description:

Ingram Micro Asia Pacific is revolutionizing the way businesses operate in the cloud. As a Sales Specialist, Cloud, you will play a crucial role in driving vendor sales growth and retention across an assigned portfolio of existing and prospective Ingram Micro Cloud resellers, with a primary focus on SMBs.

As the primary point of contact for these SMB partners, you will be responsible for identifying and addressing growth opportunities for new and different products, services, or program offerings based on data-driven insights or demand generation campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with SMB partners' decision-makers and influencers.
  • Build trust and strategic relationships with key partners' stakeholders by understanding their industry, business, and top priorities.
  • Advise prospects and customers on appropriate growth opportunities applicable to their business needs.
  • Identify and communicate complementary add-on and cross-selling opportunities to SMB partners.
  • Proactively recommend and sell programs, products, and services to customers that meet their objectives.

Requirements:

  • Proven sales experience in the cloud industry.
  • Strong understanding of Ingram Micro Cloud's diverse portfolio of products, programs, and services.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
