What You'll Do at Pega:
- Cultivate a trusted advisor relationship with various stakeholders within the client organization
- Utilize industry and product expertise to provide insights on how clients can optimize their licenses for business advantages
- Expand into new organizations/accounts and develop new business within the existing customer base in your assigned portfolio
- Offer valuable insights to customers as the foundation of commercial discussions, educating them on competitive strategies in their market
- Consistently build and maintain a sales activity pipeline through various prospecting and pipelining methods
- Collaborate with Pega's partners to create compelling Pega value propositions
Who You Are:
A driven enterprise software sales professional, dedicated to adding value to your clients and their business process automation initiatives. You possess the ability to challenge the customer's thinking, quickly establish credibility, foster strong relationships, and contribute to the success of both our clients and Pega.
What You've Accomplished:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent business experience
- Over 10 years of direct enterprise software sales experience
- Familiarity with selling into Financial Services
- Consistent and progressive record of quota achievement
- Strong foundation in account management, business expansion, and pipeline development
- Knowledge of Business Process Automation, Digital Process Automation, Robotic Process Automation, Customer Relationship Management, and Case Management enterprise software solutions
- Experience collaborating with large partner organizations
- Previous participation in formal sales training programs
- Proven track record of challenging and enhancing a customer's operational methods
- Technically proficient in business automation
- Exceptional presentation skills
