Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Renewal Executive to join our team at SAP. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing assigned Cloud Renewals customer accounts, developing account strategies, and executing renewal plans to drive profitable growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account strategies and implementation plans for renewal customers to increase revenue retention and growth.
  • Interface with customers on SAP's behalf to negotiate commercial terms and drive incremental revenue.
  • Maintain a close working relationship with other regional business teams to support customers and corporate functions.
  • Provide renewal forecasting support by accurately evaluating renewals 12 months in advance of expiration date.
  • Act as an intermediary for Deals Desk, Legal, GTM, and other internal SAP Support teams for those accounts within their portfolio.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce.
