About the Role: As a Customer Service Order Coordinator at Werfen, you will play a crucial part in ensuring efficient day-to-day order management. Your responsibilities will include receiving customer orders, cleansing orders, removing order blocks, processing change requests, and collaborating with Supply Chain functions to manage order releases. This role serves as a connection between our Supply Chain structure and internal and external customers, driving customer loyalty and achievement of sales and revenue objectives through exceptional customer service.
Key Accountabilities:
- Administer day-to-day activities of customer order management, specifically overseeing customer orders, including order entry, document creation, stock allocation, and order release.
- Utilize root-cause analysis to understand key drivers of order failure in support of continuous improvement.
- Identify potential obstacles in the fulfillment process and work with stakeholders to take corrective action.
- Maintain digital platforms to ensure seamless communication channels.
Candidate Requirements: To excel in this position, you should have a bachelor's degree related to supply chain management, logistics, business administration, or engineering. Relevant experience in supply chain, logistics, or a related function is preferred, along with a minimum of one year of customer service experience. Knowledge of master data and table files, advanced Microsoft Office skills, and ERP (SAP) and CRM experience are advantageous.
Estimated Salary: €35,000 - €45,000 per annum, commensurate with qualifications and experience. We offer competitive benefits, including opportunities for professional growth and development, to ensure your success in this role.
