The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Lead Data Strategist to drive the growth of our subscription product. As a key member of the Subscription Experience (SubX) team, you will collaborate closely with product managers, tech leads, designers, and stakeholders to deliver data-driven insights that inform business decisions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Develop a deep understanding of our subscription model, including user behavior, pricing strategies, and the economics of our marketplace.
- Analyze customer behavior and product usage to uncover valuable insights that shape product evolution and strategy.
- Quantify and model the impact of new product features and initiatives to identify growth opportunities.
- Design, execute, and evaluate large-scale experiments to test new ideas and measure their effectiveness.
- Build strong relationships with data and technical leaders to foster collaboration and drive cross-team initiatives.
Your Qualifications
- Experience in data analytics working with product teams to optimize product performance.
- A strong understanding of statistical concepts, A/B testing, and data analysis techniques.
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages, such as SQL or Python.
- The ability to create clear, insightful reports and dashboards.
- Curiosity, problem-solving skills, and the ability to communicate complex insights effectively.
