About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Account Executive to join our team at Amazon. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving growth and cloud adoption within a portfolio of engaged Enterprise customers in Italy.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Develop and Execute Account Strategies: Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and cloud adoption within your assigned accounts.
  2. Manage the Full Sales Cycle: Manage the full sales cycle, including territory planning, forecasting, pipeline management, and opportunity pursuit.
  3. Foster and Maintain Relationships: Foster and maintain strong relationships with C-Level executives and decision-makers.
  4. Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, such as Solutions Architects and Professional Services, to deliver comprehensive solutions.
  5. Understand Customer Business Objectives: Understand customer business objectives and requirements, and position AWS services to address their needs.
  6. Identify and Pursue New Opportunities: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts and new prospects.
  7. Manage Contract Negotiations: Manage contract negotiations and ensure successful deal closure.
  8. Provide Exceptional Customer Experiences: Provide exceptional customer experiences and drive customer satisfaction.
About the Team

You will be part of a high-performing team that enables innovation and speed. We work together from our office at least three days a week, fostering collaboration and teamwork. When needed, we meet customers face-to-face, often leveraging our co-working space to host them onsite. We enjoy our team culture, with activities like Team Days, occasional joint lunches, and dinners, and respect individual boundaries while striving to maintain a healthy work-life integration.

Basic Qualifications
  1. Fluent Italian and English Language Skills: Fluent Italian and English language skills.
  2. Knowledge of Existing and Developing Technologies: Knowledge of existing and developing technologies.
  3. Experience in Technical Sales: Experience in technical sales for B2B or in solution-sales/technology-related environment.
  4. Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent: Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  5. Experience with Sales CRM Tools: Experience with sales CRM tools such as Salesforce or similar software.
Preferred Qualifications
  1. AWS Certification: AWS Certification (Cloud Technologist, Solutions Architect, SysOps Administrator, Developer).
  2. Experience in Engineering: Experience in engineering, computer science, or MIS.
