About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships Coordinator to join our team in Madrid. As a key member of our commercial events team, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing internal team communication, administration, and reporting of expenses and invoices.

Responsibilities

  • Coordination and management of commercial events both in-person and online
  • Management of internal team communication website
  • Administration and reporting of department's expenses and invoices
  • Attendance and participation in commercial events in-person and online
  • Participation in transversal projects
  • Build relationships and communicate efficiently with all commercial teams and relevant teams across IE
  • Deliver high-quality candidate experiences throughout the sales process/customer journey
  • Create reports and assist in preparation of statistics
  • Expertise in sales innovation tools (Power BI, CRM, Hubspot...)
  • Assist in preparation of marketing materials

What We Offer
