About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Sales Development Manager to join our team in Barcelona, Spain. This is an exciting opportunity to drive sales growth and expand our presence in Eastern Europe.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the Eastern European market
  • Identify and grow business opportunities with new and existing clients in key markets such as Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Poland, Hungary, the Czech Republic, Romania, and others
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, architects, installers, and end clients to boost brand awareness and drive product adoption
  • Travel across the region (up to 50% of the time) to meet clients, attend trade shows, conduct market research, and ensure business growth

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in international B2B sales, preferably within the sun protection, textile, or related industries
  • Fluent English is required, proficiency in German and/or Polish is highly valued due to key market activity in these regions
  • Willingsness to travel frequently across Eastern Europe (approximately 50% of the time)
  • Must be based in or willing to relocate to Barcelona, Spain
