Job Summary:



The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Arcserve's growth by identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, managing existing customer accounts, and supporting the broader sales team.



About the Role

This is a dynamic opportunity to join a pioneering company in the data protection and disaster recovery solutions market. As an Inside Sales Representative/Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in engaging with potential clients, understanding their needs, and promoting Arcserve's suite of data protection and disaster recovery solutions.



Main Responsibilities


  • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and engage potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media, and inbound inquiries.
  • Sales Support: Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and field sales team to develop strategies for account growth, pipeline development, and sales execution.
  • Customer Engagement: Conduct initial discovery calls, present product demonstrations, and articulate the value proposition of Arcserve's solutions to potential customers.
  • Account Management: Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers by understanding their needs, providing product updates, and cross-selling or upselling relevant solutions.
  • Pipeline Management: Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and pipeline status using CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Market Intelligence: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to effectively position Arcserve's offerings in the marketplace.
  • Quota Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the company.


In addition to your sales skills and experience, you will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with customers. You will also be passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences and building long-term relationships.
