**About the Role**

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Vendor Partnership Manager to join our team at Importante Empresa. As a key member of our Retail business, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with new vendors in Germany and Europe.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Contact and integrate new vendors, including local and international partners, to provide them with the benefits of partnering with Importante Empresa.
  • Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and logistics setup to ensure seamless integration.
  • Act as a business consultant to new vendors, providing insights and advice on how to succeed in the market.
  • Help new vendors integrate their catalogue data into our platform and train them on how to use our internal tools.
  • Plan and measure advertising and deal events, such as Prime Day and Black Friday.
  • Take responsibility for project teams and promote the success of Importante Empresa and its partners through internal Business Development projects.
  • Conduct reporting to understand the performance of vendors.

**Requirements**

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field, such as Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Work experience in a relevant field, including sales, account management, or similar customer-facing roles.
  • Fluent written and verbal communication skills in German and English.
  • Strong analytical skills, planning, prioritization, and time-management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a hands-on mentality.
