About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our Sales team at Holded. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, driving revenue growth, and identifying opportunities for improvement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
  2. Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet our joint revenue targets.
  3. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with our partners, expanding our product offerings and services.
  4. Client Success: Ensure our partners are satisfied with our products and services, providing exceptional customer support and addressing any concerns.
  5. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in our partnership development efforts.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, partner sales, or a similar field.
  • Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Native Spanish speaker.
