Strategic Partnership Development Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our Sales team at Holded. As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our partners, driving revenue growth, and identifying opportunities for improvement.
Key Responsibilities- Partner Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with our partners, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities for growth.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with our sales team to develop and execute sales strategies that drive revenue growth and meet our joint revenue targets.
- Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities with our partners, expanding our product offerings and services.
- Client Success: Ensure our partners are satisfied with our products and services, providing exceptional customer support and addressing any concerns.
- Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve our processes to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in our partnership development efforts.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales, partner sales, or a similar field.
- Proven track record of developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Native Spanish speaker.
