About the Role

Arrow Electronics is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to support our ECS Spain business in driving and expanding our strategic partnership with Huawei. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic sales plans and investment initiatives to drive business growth and alignment with Huawei.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic relationships with Huawei Distribution and Channel Managers to support executive sponsorship and vendor development
  • Ownership and execution of strategic sales plans and investment initiatives to drive business growth and alignment with Huawei
  • Coordinate forecasting and pipeline process for Huawei in scope
  • Work closely with internal stakeholders to achieve financial and business goals
  • Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, products, and services
Requirements
  • Experience in a similar position within business development IT infrastructure environment
  • Strong experience in the infrastructure channel and knowledge of key players
  • Ability to build and develop strategic business relationships
  • Experience in product demos, commercial presentations, and showing added value
  • Good knowledge of the market and understanding of the added value that a distributor provides to the channel
  • Effective communication with people at all levels
  • Fluency in English and native Spanish
