About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Partnership Manager to join our team at Aws Emea Sarl (Spain Branch) - G84. As a key member of our sales and business development team, you will be responsible for establishing and managing strategic partnerships with top Consulting partners in the EMEA market and globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • On-board, develop, and expand strategic partners, understanding their services, technical solutions, vertical focus, expertise, and licensing models.
  • Work closely aligned with the AWS account team and other AWS Partner Development Managers and Partner Solution Architects.
  • Drive forward strategic pursuits at key partner accounts, requiring strong internal and external stakeholder management.
  • Develop high-quality written and executive communication to explain progress or roadblocks.
  • Handle complex problems and decisions to deliver high-impact results.
  • Develop partners by leveraging applicable APN programs and help them define and accelerate their partnership journey with AWS.
About You

We are looking for a degree-qualified professional with technical qualifications and experience in Partner Acquisition, Management, or Development in the software/technology industry. You should possess strong business and technical acumen, with a demonstrated track record of driving emerging/disruptive technologies. Strong presentation skills, consultative customer-facing and persuasion skills, and the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations are essential.

You will be fluent in German and English and have a data-driven mindset, establishing mechanisms to create operational excellence in partner development.
