About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnership Development Manager to join our Affiliate Marketing Team at Semrush. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with existing partners, creating personalized action plans to maximize their marketing channels, and driving business growth through innovative ideas and strategies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to acquire high-potential partnerships
  • Create and implement personalized action plans for each partner to maximize their marketing channels and drive business growth
  • Analyze large amounts of data to inform business decisions and drive innovation
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and execute projects that drive business growth
  • Manage complex work streams and prioritize tasks to meet business objectives
Requirements
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships and digital marketing/affiliate marketing
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills to build strong relationships with partners
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with all levels of partnerships and management
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset to drive business growth and innovation
  • Project management and organization skills to design and lead projects
