- Develop and Implement Partnership Frameworks: Create and execute a cohesive partnership framework to drive revenue growth and client acquisition, working closely with our go-to-market teams.
- Build and Maintain Relationships: Foster strong relationships with existing and potential partners, leveraging opportunities such as virtual and in-person events to build successful partnerships.
- Drive Integration and Adoption: Coordinate with go-to-market teams to drive integration partner adoption and revenue growth.
- Communicate Value Proposition: Evangelize Beyond's value proposition within the short-term rental industry in EMEA via in-person and virtual thought leadership.
- Negotiate Commercial Terms: Negotiate commercial terms and coordinate co-marketing efforts with partners.
- Monitor and Report Partner Performance: Establish a regular cadence for check-ins with partners and regularly report on the status and health of Beyond partners to the go-to-market team.
- 3-5 Years of Experience: Proven experience working in an operations or commercial team in a software technology company, ideally SaaS, with a focus on the short-term rental or travel industry.
- Channel, Partnerships, or Business Development Experience: Previous experience in a channel, partnerships, or Business Development role, with a proven ability to coordinate complex projects in a cross-functional environment with external and internal stakeholders.
- Project Management and Co-Marketing Experience: Proven track record of revenue and partnership building, with experience in coordinating co-marketing initiatives with partners.
- Spanish, French, or Italian Skills: Proficiency in Spanish, French, or Italian is preferred.
