Join Our Team as a Partnership Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Partnership Manager to join our Affiliate Marketing Team at Semrush. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with our existing partners, maximizing their marketing channels, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute personalized action plans for each partner to ensure maximum utilization of program benefits and drive conversions.
  • Plan, design, and execute targeted recruitment campaigns to acquire high-potential partnerships.
  • Work with large datasets and have a data-driven approach to implementing new tactics and projects, reporting, and planning.
  • Propose new ideas, organize, and manage projects, and prioritize them in alignment with the team's goals.
  • Manage complex work streams and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in partnerships and digital marketing/affiliate marketing.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with partners and stakeholders.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of partnerships and management.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset, with the ability to think outside the box and find creative solutions.
  • Project management and organization skills, with the ability to design and lead projects, apply analytical thinking, and report on performance.
