Job Title: Senior Enterprise Sales Account Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Enterprise Sales Account Executive to join our team at Red Points. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our enterprise clientele through effective sales strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to identify and pursue new enterprise opportunities.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large enterprises.
  • Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in a similar sales role, with a proven track record of success in enterprise sales.
  • Fluent/native-level English language skills.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients at all levels.
  • Experience working in the SaaS, digital, or tech/software industry is highly desirable.
