Job Description

As a Senior Enterprise Sales Account Executive at Red Points, you will be the face of our company and play a crucial role in expanding our enterprise and large enterprise clientele. Your primary objective will be to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and increasing the number of customers in the Enterprise and Large Enterprise Segment, particularly in the UK/I market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build Market Position: Develop, define, negotiate, and close business relationships with new enterprise and large enterprise accounts.
  • Lead Potential Clients: Guide potential clients to an understanding of our solutions, demonstrating how features and benefits match their needs, and closing new deals on a quarterly basis.
  • Coordinate Sales Team: Work with a team of Prospector/SDR and yourself to generate a solid pipeline on a regular basis, identifying accounts to approach, setting the right strategy, and keeping new opportunities moving forward along the funnel.
  • Conduct Successful Meetings: Conduct business meetings, including deep discovery calls, demo sessions of our platform, economic proposal presentations with ROI, and promote the company's solutions addressing or predicting clients' needs and objectives.
  • Identify Improvements: Identify improvements of our solution based on client's needs and keep your pipeline and forecasting super up to date.
  • Build Long-Term Relationships: Build long-term relationships with new customers and work closely with our Customer Success team to identify and develop cross-sales opportunities in existing Enterprise customers.

Requirements
  • 8+ Years of Experience: 8+ years of working experience in a similar role (business development manager, sales executive, etc.), doing all the sales cycle from generating the opportunity to closing the deal.
  • Fluent/Native-Level English: Fluent/native-level English language skills.
  • Proven Sales Track Record: A proven sales track record in closing full sales cycles with large companies, from generating the opportunity to closing it with a solution selling approach.
  • Proven Experience: Proven experience conducting meetings through video-conference tools and face-to-face meetings with C-level/VP executives.
  • Proven Experience in SaaS/Digital/Tech/Software Industry: Proven experience working in the SaaS, digital, tech, or software industry.
  • Tech-Savvy: Tech-savvy with skills in technologies and software use/navigation.
