Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Sales Executive to join our team at Red Points. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with large enterprise clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities with large enterprise clients.
  • Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at large enterprise clients, understanding their business needs and identifying opportunities to provide value.
  • Sales Execution: Develop and execute sales plans to close deals with large enterprise clients, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful sales outcomes.
  • Account Management: Manage and grow existing relationships with large enterprise clients, identifying new opportunities and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective sales execution.
Requirements
  • Experience: 8+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success in sales and business development.
  • Skills: Strong business acumen, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
