Job Title: Senior Enterprise Sales Account Executive

As a Senior Enterprise Sales Account Executive at Red Points, you will be the face of our company and play a crucial role in expanding our enterprise clientele. Your primary goal will be to drive sustainable financial growth by boosting sales and increasing the number of customers in the Enterprise and Large Enterprise Segment, particularly in the UK/I market.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an effective sales strategy to build market position and establish business relationships with new enterprise and large enterprise accounts.
  • Lead potential clients to an understanding of our solutions and demonstrate how they match their needs, resulting in new deals on a quarterly basis.
  • Coordinate a team of Prospector/SDR and yourself to generate a solid pipeline on a regular basis, identifying accounts to approach, setting the right strategy, and keeping new opportunities moving forward.
  • Conduct successful business meetings, including deep discovery calls, demo sessions, and economic proposal presentations with ROI.
  • Promote our company's solutions to address or predict clients' needs and objectives, bringing new customers to the company.
  • Use marketing collateral and self-approach with prospects to build trust and close win opportunities.
  • Identify improvements to our solution based on client needs.
  • Keep your pipeline and forecasting up to date.
  • Build long-term relationships with new customers and work closely with our Customer Success team to identify and develop cross-sales opportunities in existing Enterprise customers.
Qualifications:
  • The ideal candidate will possess a hunter mindset, a "go get it" attitude, and excellent client-oriented, results-oriented, teamwork, and communication skills.
  • They will have a consultative solution selling approach, negotiation skills, and be an active listener with organization, planning, and time management skills.
  • Resilience is also essential, as the candidate should not give up easily.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of working experience in a similar role, with a proven sales track record in closing full sales cycles with large companies.
  • Fluent/Native-level English.
  • Proven experience conducting meetings through video-conference tools and face-to-face meetings with C-level/VP executives.
  • Proven experience working for SaaS, Digital, or tech/software industry.
  • Tech-savvy with skills in technologies and software use/navigation.
