Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for facilitating, planning, and steering the delivery of our software projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Stakeholder management and requirements gathering to ensure project success.
  2. Liaise and manage relationships with internal teams and stakeholders to deliver projects on time.
  3. Organize meetings with stakeholders and define agendas to ensure project progress.
  4. Identify and translate business needs into functional requirements to drive project success.
  5. Create project documentation and deliverables, including minutes of meetings, functional designs, and workflows.
  6. Define data models and their dependencies to ensure project accuracy.
  7. Develop testing documents and test solutions to ensure quality.
  8. Provide business support and incident management to ensure customer satisfaction.
  9. Proactively follow up with the product team on development requests.
  10. Support training documentation and client onboarding to ensure a smooth transition.

Requirements

  1. A bachelor's degree in technology or business administration.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in business consultancy, technical project management, or a related field.
  3. Experience in business process management concepts and tools.
  4. Experience in Agile Methodologies.
  5. Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  6. Ability to work under pressure, think quickly, and deliver to tight deadlines.
  7. Resourceful and creative troubleshooting skills.
  8. Ability to effectively communicate technical information in a clear and concise manner.
  9. Good communication skills and proficiency in English.
