Customer Success Specialist

At JoVE, we're seeking a highly motivated and organized Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our existing customers in the Spain region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategies to increase customer engagement and adoption of our video resources
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver product awareness and training to new and existing customers
- Provide exceptional customer support and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing customer accounts
Requirements:
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a STEM field
- 1-3 years of experience in sales or customer-facing roles in the education or publishing industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
