Job DescriptionWe are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for guiding new customers through the onboarding process, building strong relationships with customers, and providing timely support to resolve customer issues.
Key Responsibilities:- Onboarding & Training: Ensure new customers understand and effectively use our SaaS product.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
- Customer Support: Provide timely and effective support to resolve customer issues.
- Customer Advocacy: Advocate for customers' needs and feedback within the company.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor customer health metrics and proactively address potential issues.
- Upselling & Renewal: Identify opportunities for upselling and ensure successful renewals.
- 3+ years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field in financial technology.
