About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Brambles. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers, driving business growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide back-office support to our customers, collaborating with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve customer experience.
  • Actively work to understand our customers' business functions, systems, and products to deliver timely and effective solutions.
  • Investigate and resolve customer inquiries and complex issues with minimal delay, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and competence.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance customer satisfaction and service levels, and implement action plans to drive results.
  • React positively to problems and issues, taking proactive steps to prevent recurrence and ensure root-cause analysis.
  • Ensure best-in-class service is delivered to our customers, managing end-to-end audit processes and maintaining accurate customer databases.
  • Demonstrate an in-depth understanding of customers' operations, supply chain flows, and needs, providing analytical data and support on specific account queries.
  • Resolve invoicing and pricing queries, raising credit notes and manual invoices as needed.
  • Administer support to internal teams via systems and email, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements

  • University degree in Business Administration or business-related studies.
  • 2-3 years of business experience, with a minimum of 2 years of customer service or support experience.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with excellent organizational and prioritization abilities.
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills, with a commitment to customer focus and strong listening and account management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Self-initiator and results-driven, with a detail-oriented and team-player mindset.
  • Fluency in French and Italian, with a desirable proficiency in additional European languages.
