About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Specialist to join our team at Remotely Talents. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the success of our clients through onboarding, check-ins, and strategy development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement influencer campaigns based on brand budgets and goals
  • Conduct strategy sessions with new customers to craft influencer strategies
  • Regularly check in with customers to improve onboarding and retention processes
  • Advocate for customer needs and suggest platform enhancements
  • Manage customer support, resolving issues and gathering improvement ideas
Requirements
  • Built influencer programs at agencies or e-commerce brands
  • Experience in client-facing roles, good at building relationships
  • Ability to develop high-level strategies
  • Comfortable with new technology and platforms
  • Understanding of product adoption, user retention, and NRR
