About the Role

We're seeking a highly skilled Customer Success Engineer to join our team at Quantum Metric. As a key member of our customer success team, you will play a critical role in ensuring our clients achieve their objectives and get the most out of our platform.

Responsibilities
  • Work closely with clients to understand their business goals and challenges, and develop tailored solutions to address them.
  • Configure the Quantum Metric platform to meet client requirements, and provide ongoing support and guidance to ensure successful implementation and adoption.
  • Develop custom JavaScript functions to capture data analytics and satisfy complex use cases, and configure alerts, dashboards, and reports to give clients real-time visibility into their digital platforms.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address client needs, and develop innovative solutions to drive client success.
Requirements
  • Fluency in Spanish and English (both written and verbal) is essential.
  • Past experience developing, implementing, or managing digital solutions is required.
  • Experience in Professional Services, Customer Success, Sales Engineering, Solutions Consulting, or other client-facing roles is preferred.
  • Solid understanding of web technologies, analytics, front-end development, and best practices for UX/UI is necessary.
  • Development experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is required.
